Sharov Oleksandr - professor, Director of Economic Institute of National Mining University, founder and inspirer of International Leadership School, its principal. Professor Sharov has been graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Mining Institute named after Artyom (now - National Mining University), defended his doctoral degree soon after that and has been the first dean of Economic Faculty there. His area of professional activity relates to teaching of managerial and psychological courses, among them are “Public Relations” and “Leadership”. One of the founders and active members of Ukrainian-Polish-American Consortium for Enhancement of Ukrainian Management Education (CEUME). He is also known as active participator of many international educational and scientific projects. Professor has experience of teaching in foreign universities, being a member of teaching staff in the Department of Management in Wroclaw School of Banking .

Gorpynych Oleksandr - trainer of the Leadership School "Argo". Assosiate Professor of Applied Economy Department. Has been graduated from the National Mining University as a mining engineer in "Strip mining of mineral resources deposits". Has an experience of survival in extreme conditions, he also is fond of mountaineering in the Caucasus, Crimean mountains and the Pamirs. He is a man in charge during our annual hike on Mangup Cale, acts as administrator of the School, too.
Hobbies: travelling, extreme trekking.

Grygorash Vyatcheslav - trainer of the School, master of sport of the USSR in freestyle wrestling, senior teacher of the Phisical Education Department of the National Mining University. Graduated from the National Mining University (at that time - Dnipropetrovsk Mining Institute named after Artyom) in 1983, got the diploma of mining engineer in underground mining. He had gained his professional experience working in coal mines at the Sakhalin Island, built first channels of Dnipropetrovsk underground railway. In 1990th he started his tutorial career. Well known both in the city and in our university as an experienced coach. Takes responsibility for conducting of different sport events in our School, including annual football matches between Ukrainian and Polish teams.
Hobbies: angling, football.

Moroz Vladimir - School trainer, lecturer of Management Department, business coach. Education: Dnipropetrovsk Mining Institute: "Management and Economy ", Institute of Patent and Technical Creativity:" Patent ", National Mining University of Ukraine: Post-graduate school:"Economics, organization and management ". After the first year of undergraduate education joined the army, has a sergeant's rank. He worked in a coal mine as a foreman , senior foreman, assistant chief of station. At NMU possessed the position of deputy dean for education, assistant. Currently works at the Department of Management and serves as the deputy dean.
The main teaching specialization:all management courses. Research specialization: financial and investment analysis.
A member of the Dnipropetrovsk Chamber of Commerce. In the school of leadership has been involved since 2004: developed training "Roles of leaders".

Moiseiev Artiom - School trainer, specializes on personality development, managerial psychology and organizational culture. He was graduated from the National Mining University as a specialist in Business Economy. Has worked as a vice dean on a dedactic issues, teaches on courses of "Self-management", "Organization Behaviour" and "Self-management in social systems" at the Department of Management. Takes active part in the Leadership School and designed a number of simulations and team exercises. Responsible for receive and accomodation of School's participants.
Hobbies: eastern martial arts, qigong practice, eastern philosophy, singing, play the guitar, classical literature.
