Department of Administrative Law and Management

Head of the department is Leonova Olena Victorivna.

The Department of Administrative Law and government was founded in September 2001.

The department offers several scientific specialties in law:

• theory and history of state and law;
  
• constitutional law of Ukraine and foreign countries;
  
• administrative law and trail; theory of management;
  
• international law and international private law.
  

There are 10 lecturers at the department: 1 Doctor of Historical Science, Professor, 3 Candidates of Law Sciences, 1 Candidate of Technical Sciences, 4 senior lecturers, 1 assistant and 1 lecturer. 11 people work at the department including scientists and service personnel.

The department has creative scientific relations with institutions and faculties of law in Dnipropetrovsk, with Brest University named after A.S. Pushkin and public organizations.
