International Relations Department (IRD)

International Relations Department is a structural subdivision of the University, which main purpose is to establish, develop and maintain long-term relationship with foreign partners on the basis of parity and mutual interest, implement main ideas and requirements of the Bologna Declaration, and ensure further University’s integration into the world educational and scientific community.

Head of the International Office is Vice-Rector on International relations, Doctor of Technical Science, professor Olexander Myckolayovych Shashenko.

Current work of the IRD is directed and headed by the Chair of the International Relations Department, Candidate of Technical Science, Professor Mykhailo Valentynovych Rogoza.

Work directions:

• planning and elaboration of the proposals on the development of the international relations at the University;
• fulfilling measures on setting up academic, scientific, technical, and currency-financial operations when needed with foreign partners;
• organization of the academic exchange of students, scientific and assisting staff, participation of the University’s specialists at international symposia, conferences, etc.
• organization of protocol provision of carrying out international negotiations and business meetings;
• management and control of structural subdivisions’ current work.
• control of the current work over international projects, which are fulfilled at the University
