MAIN FIELDS OF ACTIVITY OF THE ECOSAFETY CENTER

Areas of activity in the field of education:

- Promoting the implementation of higher education research and development works by applicants;

- Providing of conditions for carrying out educational and industrial practices, as well as performing coursework and qualification works of higher education applicants.

Areas of activity in the field of science:

- Development of theoretical bases, methods and means of protection of the person and the environment from the consequences of industrial enterprises;

- Development of theoretical bases for the assessment of environmental and man-made risks created by environmentally hazardous technological processes of industrial enterprises;

- Scientific substantiation and development of the optimal structure of technogenic safe placement and liquidation of technogenic unsafe mining enterprises in the territory of Ukraine;

- Development of scientific methods for monitoring the environmental statement in the industrial regions of Ukraine;

- Development of theoretical bases, methods and means of restoration of environmental objects disturbed by the activity of mining enterprises;

- Carrying out research work in the direction of developing new methods of measuring environmental parameters;

- Development of new technologies and equipment for cities and industries in order to reduce their environmental hazard (in the field of waste management, atmospheric emissions, wastewater);

- Development of new and improvement of existing technologies for purification of industrial enterprises emissions into the atmosphere, discharge of waste (mine, quarry) waters into surface water bodies;

- Substantiation of recommendations and measures to reduce the negative impact on nature and man of economic and industrial activity;

- Organization of conferences, congresses of environmental focus of regional, national and international levels.
